We try to match and surpass the recommendations of the Swedish Customer Agency when it comes to warranty.

We give one year of functional warranty starting on the date of purchase, in cases of normal and correct use. That said, please don’t hesitate to contact if you find something strange with our products after the warranty period has lapsed.

You as a customer always have three years from the date of purchase to claim an original defect on a product. An original defect may be a manufacturing defect or any other defect that the product had before the customer received it.

If something should happen to the product during the warranty period, we offer one of the following options:

  • to repair the item
  • to exchange it for another product
  • to deduct the price
  • to take back the product and refund the order
