Right of withdrawal and refund
You have 14 days to cancel when you shop remotely.
The cancellation deadline starts the day after you receive the item. You can, of course, regret even before the cancellation deadline has started by contacting the seller and informing this.
The withdrawal period does not apply to specially ordered products, such as custom-made straps.
Remember to regret in writing and save a copy as proof. E-mail works just fine to email@example.com
You have the right to examine the properties and function of the goods. But remember not to handle the goods more than necessary. If you do so, you risk having to compensate the seller for the reduction in the value of the goods. In order for the seller to be entitled to a value reduction deduction, you must have received information about it when you entered into the agreement.
There is no requirement in the law that you must repent in a particular way, but in order to prove that you have repented, you should do so in writing. Please use the cancellation form on the Consumer Agency’s website.
You need to send the item back to the seller within 14 days from the date you announced your regret. You must pay the return freight yourself, provided that the seller has informed you before you entered into the contract.
Keep in mind that you should be able to show that you sent the item back to the seller. Be sure to get a receipt for the shipment and save this as proof.
